Do what you need to do to get your penis erect
Now wrap your thumb and index finger around the base of your

the head of your penis, squeeze gently.
Next just wiggle your penis back and forth for approx five minutes

minutes is a long time to be moving your penis around.

simple. When your penis is limp simply take a hold of the head
